Presentation Guidelines

Submission of Final Paper

All accepted/conditionally accepted papers should be revised following the comments from reviewers and needs to be submitted in two kinds of file format of PDF (.pdf) and WORD (.docx or .doc) by July 15, 2021. If either PDF or WORD is not submitted, the paper will not be included in the Proceedings (Measurement: Sensor published by Elsevier).

*Log-in ID and password are the same ones as you created when submitting papers.

You can find reviewers’ comments in your “Abstract Submission Status” after logging-in.

Submission of Presentation Video

IMEKO2021 will be held as an all virtual conference. All contributed papers will be presented as an on-demand video. Authors are required to prepare the video to meet the following basic specifications and upload it by August 10, 2021.

Presentation time: 15 minutes/paper
Acceptable file type: .mp4, .mov, .avi, .wmv.
Recommended FPS: 30 or higher
Recommended resolution: 1920 x 1080 (in pixels) or higher
Acceptable file size: up to 1 GB
  • There is no template for this presentation video.
  • The title of the paper and the presenter information should be shown first.
  • The video presentation can be Power Point slides but it should be explained by the voice of the presenter by English. (Synthesized voice of input manuscript is not desirable.)
  • Although it is not required, it will give the viewers a good impression if you include the face and appearance of the presenter.

How to upload Presentation Video

After you receive a mail from IMEKO online conference site (noreply.confit@atlas.jp) which includes your presentation number, click to access the video upload site, enter your ID and password, then upload your presentation video file.

ID: Your presentation number (indicated In the mail)
Password: Your registered email address

By uploading the video, you are agreeing the following terms and conditions.
The copyright of pre-recorded video and presentation materials belong to the author(s) but they agree to allow IMEKO2021 organizer to collect, store and distribute videos exclusively for IMEKO2021. Video and presentation materials will not be used for any other purposes. IMEKO will not be responsible or reliable if videos or presentation materials infringe on a third party’s copyrights and other intellectual rights.
