The IMEKO XXIII World congress (IMEKO2021) on "Measurement: sparking tomorrow's smart revolution" will be held as the international conference in August 30 - September 3, 2021, co-organized by Science Council of Japan(SCJ) and The Society of Instrument and Control Engineers(SICE). The special field of Measurement science and engineering covered by IMEKO is a cutting-edge specialized field that will drive the advanced technological society of the future. The field is highly expected by researchers and engineers in academia and industry related to measurement and metrology.
IMEKO2021 will be held as the first online virtual conference for IMEKO to ensure the safety of participants, chairpersons, authors, conference delegates, sponsors and exhibitors.
IMEKO2021 will provide participants all rich events like technical presentations, plenary/invited lectures, workshops, tutorials, sponsor promotions and awards through on-demand video presentations.

All accepted and presented papers will be published as the proceedings of the IMEKO2021 World Congress on Elsevier open access Journal: Measurement: Sensors just after the Congress.
All papers will be open access on ScienceDirect to give maximum visibility to the conference authors – N.B. there were over 1 million downloads of Measurement on ScienceDirect in 2019, so you will find this an effective platform.
All authors should be attention to the publishing possibility of the selected papers from the proceedings in “Measurement”, “Acta IMEKO” and “Measurement-Sensors”, the official IMEKO Journals.
